Texas Girls Enjoy Success At Region III Championships

Texas teams won five of the six U.S. Youth Soccer Region III girls championships in Baton Rouge, LA with North Texas teams sweeping the U14, U15, U16 and U17 titles. The Dallas Sting won the two youngest age groups.

The Lonestars 91 Red from South Texas took the Under-19 girls title.

The only non-Texas winner came in the U18 girls where the title was won by the AFC Lightning 92 White from Georgia.
