Beckham’s Last MLS Game.
David Beckham has announced that the 2013 MLS Cup game between his Los Angeles Galaxy and the Houston Dynamo on Dec. 1 will be his final competitive appearance for the Galaxy. Beckham originally signed a five-year deal in 2007, and then re-signed for two seasons after helping the Galaxy win MLS Cup 2011.
Saying that he wanted to expierence “one last challenge” before ending his playing career, it is expected that Beckham will sign a short-term deal outside the United States. That is likely to be with an English Premier League club. He turned down an offer to play with a French club last year.
