CPK Tops CAK In Alphabet Class A/AA Final
The Brentwood Lady Bruins slammed the door shut on the 2012 season shut on unbeaten Farragut in the semifinals of the TSSAA Class AAA state tournament, and then continued their run to the championship with a 1-0 victory over Siegel HS.
Mary Stewart Schwarz broke the hearts of the Farragut Admirals with a goal midway through the first half of the semifinal match. It was assisted by Jessi Boozer.
Farragut, #4 nationally ranked and #1 among Class AAA teams in Tennessee, could not find the back of the goal.
