Bulldogs Begin Three-Game Road Trip With A Win

The Georgia Bulldogs need to have a strong finish, which will have to be on the road. They got off to a good start with a 3-0 victory over Mississippi State in the first of three away from Athens.

Junior Nicole Locandro (Marietta, GA) led the Bulldogs with two goals and an assist on the third.

The win pulled Georgia to 7-9-2 overall and kept their hopes alive for a berth in the SEC tournament. The win snapped a three-game losing streak, including a 1-0 setback to Kentucky on Senior Day.
