With Quick Restarts.

Transition in soccer is the action of going from defense to offense when your team wins possession of the ball, and vice-versa when you lose possession.
Some teams take longer to make the transition, both physically and mentally. You should teach your team to take advantage of this. Sorta like “you snooze, you lose!”
Putting the ball in play quickly, either from a free kick or throw-in, can catch your opponents by surprise. A quick counterattack when possession is won against the run of play can often result in a goal being scored.
