Hans Hobson Is Named New TSSA
Executive Director.
The Bord of Directors of the Tennessee State Soccer Association has hired Hans Hobson as the new TSSA Executive Director, effective Jan. 1, 2013.
Hobson has been the Girls Director of Coaching for the Tennessee Soccer Club since July 1, 2012. Prior to that, he was Director of Coaching for the Brentwood SC from 2007-2011 and the Assistant DOC for the Knoxville Football Club from 2004-2007.
He also served as Assistant DOC for the Diadora Impact SC from 2000-2004, and was the assistant men’s and women’s soccer coach at Milligan College.
“Hans’ previous administrative roles, coaching background, and extensive history with soccer in Tennessee provide him a wealth of experiences to draw upon in his new role with Tennessee Soccer,” expressed the TSSA Board in a written release.
Hobson replaces Tom Condone, who resigned from TSSA after more than seven years, and is now the Executive Director of the Alabama Soccer Association.
