Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, has been selected for the September 10 CONCACAF Qualifying match against regional rival Mexico. The U.S. is 3-0-0 in qualifiers inside Crew Stadium, posting three consecutive shutouts against El Tri.
Kickoff is set for 8:00 p.m. ET and the game will be televised on ESPN. The U.S. MNT is 6-0-3 all-time in Crew Stadium, dating back to 2000.
U.S. Women vs. Mexico
The U.S. Women’s National team will return to action on September 3 at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. against Mexico. The game will be the first for the USA following the conclusion of the National Women’s Soccer League, which will culminate with the championship game on Saturday, Aug. 31.
NSCAA Diplomas
The NSCAA will offer Level 2 Diploma coaching courses in Smyma, TN and Charlotte, NC on August 31. The Tennessee course will be held at Rotary Soccer Park, while the Charlotte course is scheduled for J.M. Robinson Middle School on Balantyne Commons Parkway.
Interested candidates for the Smyrna course should contact Nigel Clements (clementsnj @aol.com), while Brad Wylde (bwylde@charlottesocceracademy .com) is the Charlotte coordinator.
Director of Coaching Diploma course will be held in Land O’Lakes, FL, Sept. 13-15, and a Level 6 Diploma course is scheduled in Bradenton, FL on October 25-27.

2013 MLS Cup
The 2013 MLS Cup championship game is scheduled for December 7 with kickoff set for 4:30 pm ET. The MLS Cup finalist with the best regular season record will host the championship game. The game will be televised live on ESPN.
NSCAA TV
Fox Soccer has televised the NSCAA Game of the Week for the past eight seasons, but chose not to pick up the 2013 rights for those games for the new Fox Sports 1.
As a result, the National Soccer Coaches Association of America has created their own website, NSCAA TV, which is a creative site in that it lists all the collegiate soccer games being played on television or shown online, both on the men’s and women’s side, regrdless of the level.
The NSCAA will produce 20 matches. The schedule appears on this calendar of events page.
ACC & SEC
The 2013 ACC women’s soccer tournament semifinals and championship game will be held at WakeMed Soccer Park for the seventh straight year. (Nov. 8 & 10).
The ACC men’s tournament returns for the second year to the Maryland SoccerPlex in Germantown with semifinals and finals set for Nov. 15 & 17.
The SEC soccer championship returns to Orange Beach, Ala., November, 4-10.
