Four Georgia boys teams completed outstanding National League seasons and have qualified for the US Youth National Championship this July in Overland Park, Kansas.
The Under-16 Boys GSA 97 Phoenix Red finished the season first in the National League Red Division, while the U18 Boys Concorde Fire Elite advanced after a first-place finish in the Blue Division.
GSA Phoenix, with the U16 boys Red title, is now tied for the most boys championships of all time, with the Dallas Texans.
Both GSA and Concorde Fire produced runnerup finishes. The U15 Boys GSA 98 Phoenix Red and U16 Boys Concorde Fire Elite finished second in their divisions, to punch their tickets to Kansas.
Florida’s U15 Boys Sunrise Elite 97/98 went undefeated in the National League season 7-0-0, becoming only the fourth boys team to run the table. Sunnrise Elite only allowed three goals in winning the U15 Boys Blue Championship.
