The National Soccer Coaches Association of America will hold its inaugural Summer Symposium, Aug. 1-3, 2013 at the Orlando World Center in Orlando, FL.
The event includes special soccer education for coaches who coach boys and girls from ages 6-18. There will be nine lecture hours and 16 hours of field sessions.
Presenters include NSCAA Director of Coaching Education Ian Barker, University of Florida head coach Becky Burleigh and former U.S. MNT player Tony Sanneh.
Bob Gansler, former U.S. MNT coach, and Tony DiCicco, former Women’s National Team head coach, are both on the list of session presenters.
All sessions will be held indoors in air conditioned conditions inside the Orlando World Center.
Former U.S. defender, MLS executive and television personality, Alexi Lalas, will open the Symposium with a Friday evening keynote session.
The sessions are designed to meet coaching educational needs at all levels, including college, high school and youth coaches.
