Eight teams from Georgia advanced to the US Youth Soccer National Championships in Overland Park, KS, and the U19 NASA girls took home a national championship, beating SoCal Blues-Dido , 2-1 in the title game in OT.
The U13 boys United FA 00 Elite and U14 girls Tophat 17 Gold both won bronze medals by reaching the semifinals. The U16 GSA 97 Phoenix Red boys lost 2-0 in their championship game to the Smithtown Arsenal from NY, and came home with silver medals.
