Two-time Mexican Premier Division Champion, Puebla FC, was scheduled to come to WakeMed Soccer Park for an exhibition friendly on July 6.
However, the game was postponed due to a eruption by the Popocatepetl Volcano which closed down the Mexico City and Toluca airports preventing Puebla from traveling.
No suitable date could be reached between the two clubs to reschedule this season, so it has been announced that Puebla FC will play at WakeMed Soccer Park next March.
