Oguchi Onyewu has signed with the ninth club in his 12-year career playing profession- ally in Europe[show_disconnected][show_to accesslevel=’Subscriber’]. It is a short-term contract with English club Queens Park Rangers. He signed as a free agent. QPR is in second place in the League Championship, and is seeking to return to the English Premier League with a high fin- ish this spring. The 31-year old defender, who played collegiate soccer in the U.S. at Clemson, has played in seven European countries. He played 11 games in 2006-07 on loan with Newcastle, and QPR is his second English pro- fessional team.
