The annual National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) convention is headed back to Philadelphia in 2014.
The convention will be held in the City of Brotherly Love from January 15-19 in the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
This marks the 10th time since 1972 that Philadelphia has played host to the NSCAA convention.
Billed as “The World’s Largest Annual Gathering of Soccer Coaches”, the convention draws over 4,000 coaches from the 30,000-plus members of the NSCAA. Five days of clinics offer a kaleidoscope of topics to meet the educational needs of all levels of the game.
Among this year’s list of clinicians are UNC’s Anson Dorrance, former U.S. WNT coaches Tony DiCicco and April Heinrichs, Kristine Lilly, Chelsea Ladies head coach Emma Hayes, former Elite Coaching Manager of the English FA Dick Bate, Florida’s Becky Burleigh, Illinois Janet Rayfield, Penn State’s Bob Warming, UEFA Football Development Consultant Robin Russell, and many, many more.

Major League Soccer will again hold its 2014 MLS SuperDraft during the NSCAA convention. The draft is set for Thursday, Jan. 16 at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
The National Women’s Soccer League will hold its College Draft there as well.
