Tennessee Soccer Club captured two Division I State Cup boys championships in November. Three Tennessee SC teams were runnerups in the five boys competitions settled in the fall.
Tennessee SC 18 won the U14 boys division with Collierville 00 Lobos Rush Premier second[show_disconnected][show_to accesslevel=’Subscriber’]. Tennessee SC 15 took the U17 title with Tennessee SC 15 Premier second.
The U15 boys title went to ERFC 99 Arsenal with FC Alliance 99 Black second, and the Collierville 96 Lobos Rush Premier were the champions of the U18 division, finishing ahead of Tennessee SC 14.
The Adult State Cup was also held at Siegel Park in Murfreesboro, TN on championship weekend with MTSA taking three of the four adult titles.
The Men’s Open was won by MTSA AFC with Nashville Atlas FC second. The Men’s Over-30 was won by MTSA Nashville United Rowdies over Kicking Kangaroos, while the Over-40 title went to MTSA Rowdies with Knox United Orange coming in second.
Nashville WFC won the Women’s Open crown with Knox Villa second.
The five youth champions advance to the Region III championships in Baton Rouge, La., next June. The two younger boys age groups will play their state cup finals in the spring in conjunction with the Tennessee Soccer girls state cup.
